Weekly Date with Ly
Ly and I went to Tapioca & Tea (previously known as Tapioca Express) for our date today. I thought there was a bogo happy hour deal going on, but it turns out it only happens on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
A Street Fighter tournament was happening at the same time and we ended up bumping into our old high school friend Romeo. I ordered a chrysanthemum milk tea, which was not on the menu. I tried it ages ago in Australia and have been trying to find a place that made it. The drink was not the same, but it was cool that the owner was willing to make it for me. 
Ly brought her laptop and we had fun taking ridiculous webcam photos.We went to Target after getting drinks, snacking on calamari, and camera whoring. Ly ended up buying a new coat and I ended up buying Tim Tams! Tim Tams are Australian cookies that are only available between October and March according to Wiki. Interesting!
My belated birthday present from Ly! It is SO soft! <3
Tim Tams!
Next week, Ly and I are planning to go to the other Target. We originally went to Target because Ly wanted to buy Pepperidge Farm Gingerman cookies, but the last bag we found was crushed. So sad! Hopefully the other Target will have them in stock. *crosses fingers*
